You are certainly right when you said killed it! at the end :D It certainly killed me WOW! That is a really good workout! I thought at the beginning that, oooh this is a piece of pie, but soon realise how out of condition I am! Awesome! I'm a father on maternity for my baby girl. There seriously isn't much time as a baby needs a lot of attention. However, when she's sleeping, or early in the morning, I can definitely do half an hour of this every day! Thanks BB !

Maybe you should consider putting the squat jumps after the push-ups and then follow with chin-ups. Going UB -> LB -> UB -> LB allows each muscle group to rest appropriately. If you watch closely, you can see the guy in this film who is clearly an advanced athlete struggles to do 30s pushups 30s -> chinups. With that being said, it's unlikely most people who come to youtube for workouts can do it, if he can barely do it.
