Why would you do a dynamic warmup to get the muscles warmed up and heart rate up and then follow it with 18 mins of static stretches which should be done at the end of workouts

what you guys don't understand is that this is a workout that should work but you can do planks one minute of the day and adding more time and after a while with a good diet you'll be able to lose a bunch more weight,forget the workout watch you do a great diet and you'll notice the difference

Great video! genuine question though, wouldn't you potentially lose a significant amount of muscle mass training like this all the time? Surely this (i supposed you could call it resistance cardio ) would require a HUGE calorie intake to avoid eating into your muscle fibres, especially if you already have a low a body fat ratio.
