Starting round 2. I did in past ShounT Insanity, Asylum & hybrid of both for almost 4 years. After 8 months break of regular exercising, my body lost muscle mass. I tried Clutch Life workout. Ashley workout has long stretching, shorter heavy workout but seems that results are similar! Shorter hard work, more stretching & water with lemon make a very similar, dramatic difference! I had to set my mind & complete ShounT workout in the mornings, otherwise I might have been too tired. In Ashley's program stretches are pleasant ways to set mind through relaxation to pushing it hard. With this one, I can choose any time of the day. I will continue to do both in the future.
